- It is necessary to complete the health questionnaire included in the reservation confirmation beforehand to avoid delays in access and experience.
- Cancellation or modification policy: the reservation can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the reserved date, otherwise the entire amount will be lost.
- No total or partial refund of the amount of this card will be made.
- The duration of the service is 1h30m (including the massage if booked).
- If you have added any product from El Jardin de Hammam, pick it up when you arrive at our center.
- The use of a swimwear is mandatory. You may bring yours or you can buy it at the reception desk.
- Our hammam is mixed, all bathing areas are open to both men and women. We foster a respectful and relaxed atmosphere to ensure all our visitors feel comfortable and welcome.
